  Terrible. Avoid at all costs. Thousands of dollars later with no end in sight. Made a bad situation worse in order to extort more billable hours. Disgusting. Nice try on the copy/paste response btw.

  Have worked with Skinner and Associates on two separate occasions now- both times with Mark Perkins. The first was for a purchase of a home and the second for the sale of another house interstate.

  Settled my late father's estate. Gave away money to executor as they said they were owed money from deceased. The funny thing was the executor owed money to my father. Skinner paid executor the money without any proof of loan. When I questioned it he said I should chase it up with executor myself as executor having a mental breakdown. It was not me who gave money away and to say I should follow it up with him myself is not my job. Also had to ask numerous times for rent money owing to me on estate. Should have been a lot smoother.

  We found the staff to be polite and friendly at reception and Mr Skinner was professional knowlegable and punctual. He completed our required work very quickly The only Lawyer I have ever met with a sense of humour. He was down to earth and not expensive compared to the bigger law firms. Convient Parking right outside the door. Comfortable rooms. I truly believe all the one star reviews are a group of friends causing havoc.
